Must-Have Makeup Monday: New Cover Girl Makeup You NEED To Try!

Welcome to the first-ever BuyMeBeauty Must-Have Makeup Monday! Every Monday our beauty experts are going to share with you the makeup items they just can’t live without- and why they think you should give them a try, too (because what could make a Monday better than some new makeup?)!

This week is all about Cover Girl, because let’s be real- for your summer makeup looks, there’s nothing you want more than looking easy, breezy and beautiful. Summer is also the time to try out fun new colors and bold looks that maybe you wouldn’t wear during the rest of the year. Check out all of our favorite new Cover Girl makeup for summer!

First on our list is the CoverGirl Blast Flipstick Double Sided-Lipstick. This lipstick is amazing for summer- you get two vibrant, fun shades that compliment each other in one lipstick! You could wear each shade separately depending on your look for the day, or you could totally go all out and mix the shades together to create a gorgeous ombré look.

But, if you’re looking for a subtler look that you don’t have to worry about reapplying, then you should definitely check out the Cover Girl Outlast Lipstain. The super lightweight stain stays on your lips all day (seriously, all day) while giving your lips a punch of color that you can’t feel at all. You could wear it alone for a natural pop of color, or you could totally put some gloss on top to add some shine.

Now that we’ve covered lip color options, let’s move on to adding a pop of color to our cheeks with a Cover Girl classic: their Classic Color Blush. We love this because the powder is so lightweight and just blends so easily with the rest of your makeup, and gives just the right amount of color and glow to your cheeks. Plus, it comes with a brush and compact mirror, so it’s perfect if you need to take it with you on the go.

Our last must-have is something that is always a staple, but Cover Girl has just taken it up a notch: their Cover Girl & Olay Concealer Balm. It’s always a good idea to take some concealer with you on the go, but now that it’s in a balm/stick form, it’s so much easier to add a little touch up wherever you are. Plus, the power of Olay adds an emollient-rich serum, which reduces the appearance of redness, dark circles, and age spots.
