How to use:
- For precise application, use Jontéblu Waterproof Eyeliner and Kajal on lash line by lining the inner corner of lid along the lash line following the contour of the eye.
- For use on waterline: Use your fingertips to gently pull down on the lower lid, dry the waterline with a cotton ball, soft tissue, or Q-tip, run Jontéblu Waterproof Eyeliner and Kaja pencil along the waterline from the outer to inner eye. Repeat same technique for upper lid waterline.
- For a smudged effect, blend shortly after application.
