Shining Armour Gel Eyeliner Pencil
This is the only eyeliner pencil I've found that is soft enough to actually color the entire waterline of my eyes, top and bottom. Most all other pencils that I've tried are too hard and just don't provide enough coverage. I highly recommend it.

Best pencil eyeliner
I am using the Dark Chocolate Revlon Colorstay Crème Gel Eyeliner, and it is the best pencil eyeliner on the market. It is soft and does not get hard or dry, making it superior to other pencil eyeliners I have tried, including those from Chanel. It is unfortunate that Revlon has discontinued this product and is now offering inferior alternatives. Thanks to BuyMeBeauty for keeping this product available!
