Best eye makeup remover
I have used this oil-free product for years and it is the best ! It removes evervthing and is not irritating to the eyes. Unfortunately, Almay came out with a new "biodegradable" formula recently and it is awful ! It burns the eyes and isn't very effective! Thank goodness for companies like BuyMeBeauty that still carry the old formula ! It is so irritating when companies come up with a "brainstorm" that isn't good and then eliminate the original formula. Good for you, BuyMeBeauty !
