BuyMeBeauty may limit the number of products available for purchase. For instance, certain limited time offers, coupons, or free gifts may only be redeemed once per customer. This information will be specified when relevant.
Free Gift and Coupons Policy
Free Gifts are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or replacement. Please reach out to our customer service if you have any questions.
Only one coupon can be redeemed per order. Please note that BuyMeBeauty cannot apply time-sensitive coupons after the expiration date have passed.
BuyMeBeauty does not accept manufacturer coupons or coupons from other websites.
Product Color Information
BuyMeBeauty tries to accurately display the colors of products but the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
Product Packaging
BuyMeBeauty receives products from manufacturers in various packaging. Therefore, packaging may very per product. Some products may come in their unsealed retail packaging but they have not been opened or used.
BuyMeBeauty's quality assurance team reviews every packaging to make sure that products have not been tampered with. However, please note that we cannot open individual products to check on the quality or state of its contents.
If you receive a defective product please reach out to our customer service department.

Payments & Fraud Protection
Payment
BuyMeBeauty accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
Once your order is placed, the funds are placed on hold by your bank and will appear as a pending charge. Once your order has shipped, the payment will be processed and will no longer appear as a pending charge on your account.
In order for your order to be approved, your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statements. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, please be sure to enter both addresses during checkout. Contact your banking institution if you are unsure of your billing address.
If your card gets declined, your attempt will show in your bank account as a pending charge. However, this does not mean that funds have been taken out. The pending charge is just the attempt and will clear within 24-48 hours. You can try again and once approved you will only be charged once.
Please note: if your card gets declined for more than three times, your bank may put a hold on your card and you will need to contact your banking institution.
Fraud Protection
All orders are subject to review by BuyMeBeauty's Fraud Department. BuyMeBeauty reserves the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud. On occasion, Customer Service may contact you by email for order verification purposes. You will have 48 hours to call customer service before your order gets canceled and refunded.
